FINANCIAL STEWARDSHIP
The Amber Thurman Foundation Inc. is committed to responsible financial management and transparency. The organization operates on a calendar fiscal year beginning January 1.
Board members serve without compensation and may be reimbursed only for approved expenses incurred on behalf of the organization.
Conflict of Interest Policy
All board members, officers, and committee participants adhere to a formal Conflict of Interest Policy requiring disclosure, ethical decision-making, and accountability to protect the integrity of the organization.
Nonpartisan Policy
The Amber Thurman Foundation Inc. does not participate in or intervene in political campaigns on behalf of any candidate for public office, in compliance with federal nonprofit regulations.
